STANDING STRONG

Standing strong in all kinds of storms

Just as God gives a flower a firm foundation

With roots that are deep and Sun to grow

Along with rain to water its soul.

He gives us food to nurture us and gives

Us hope to grow.

The flower stands strong on a firm foundation

Just as we stand strong with him.

So stand strong and straight with courage and perseverance my friend.

Just as we stand with courage and perseverance with God by our side.

It always takes me forever to write something I’m not one who can write in an instant. I hope you like the poem. This one only took me a week to write ha. I’ve had some trials here lately in my life but I know with God by my side I can persevere through any storm.
